For a semi-customizable kit, it takes us 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to prepare your proof based on the design you’ve chosen.
Once the proof is approved, we’ll print it and ship it to you within a week.
Your designers will create the mockup once the order has been placed
To ensure that your design is 100% custom-made, our designers will begin working on your mockup only after we receive your order.
You will then receive the mockup via email to approve it or request changes before printing.
Revisions included until approval
Our designers will revise your design as many times as needed until you’re completely satisfied. The Standard package includes 3 rounds of revisions, the Priority package includes 4, and the Designer Pro package includes unlimited revisions.
And if, despite all this, you’re still not happy with the design, we’ll refund your order as long as printing hasn’t started.

Is my motorcycle model compatible?
Our kits are compatible with over 13 brands: Rieju, Sherco, Beta, Derbi, Aprilia, Gilera, Fantic Motor, Yamaha, Peugeot Motocycles, HM Moto, Vent, Malaguti, and Generic. If you don’t know the specifics of your motorcycle, upload a photo in Step 1 and our designers will identify it for you.
How long will it take to receive my kit?
Your proof will be sent within 3 to 5 days of placing your order. Once you approve it, production and delivery will take an additional 5 to 14 days. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks in total. To speed up the process, select the "Priority Processing" or "Elite Designer" option in step 8.
What if I don't like the design?
The Standard plan includes 3 rounds of revisions (4 with VIP, unlimited with Designer Elite). If you’re still not satisfied with the design, you’ll receive a full refund as long as production hasn’t begun.
How do I install the kit? Will I damage it?
Installation takes just 6 simple steps and about 1 hour: clean the plastic surfaces, lay out the decals, apply adhesive gradually, heat lightly if necessary, smooth out the decals, and let them cure. Our templates are precise: each piece is pre-cut to fit your specific motorcycle. A video tutorial is included in your delivery email.
What is the difference between Basic, Holographic, and Chrome?
Basic: High-precision printing, classic finish, premium look. Included with your order.
Premium Pro Holographic: Iridescent effects that shift with the light, for a stunning look.
Supreme Chrome: Ultra-glossy metallic finish, high-end mirror effect.

Will it last?
Our kits are designed for real-world use: 400μm thick, with reinforced adhesive and extreme resistance to UV light, water, and abrasion. If a part arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will reprint it and reship it at no charge.
