What is the UNIQUE GRAPHICS Guarantee?

If, after receiving and installing your graphics kit, you find it looks too similar to another, we promise to create a new one for you, free of charge. You have up to 30 days after receiving your kit to claim this guarantee.

Eligibility Conditions

Here are the conditions to be eligible for the guarantee:

• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The guarantee applies only to 100% customizable graphics kits. Semi-custom kits are not covered.
• The customer must provide visual evidence showing how their graphics kit is identical or nearly identical to another.
• Stylistic or thematic similarities are not eligible for the guarantee. For example, if your graphics kit follows a popular style or shares common aesthetic elements with our product range, this does not constitute a breach of uniqueness.
• Personalization errors approved by the customer (colors, texts, logos) before printing are not covered.

How does it work?

• Step 1: If you find that your graphics kit resembles another, contact our customer service department at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Step 2: Provide visual evidence showing how your graphics kit is similar to another (e.g., comparative photos).
• Step 3: Our team will analyze your request and, if it is validated, we will proceed with the free reprinting of a new, unique graphics kit.

Final Decision

AlienArts reserves the right to decide whether the claim meets the criteria of the guarantee. The final decision will be based on the evaluation of the level of similarity between your graphics kit and the one deemed identical.
