What is the DÉCO UNIQUE guarantee?

If, after receiving and installing your deco kit, you find that it looks too much like another kit, we'll create a new one for you, free of charge. You have up to 30 days after receiving your kit to benefit from this guarantee.

Conditions of eligibility

Here are the conditions for benefiting from the guarantee:

• The request must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.
• The warranty applies only to 100% customizable deco kits. Semi-custom kits are not covered.
• The customer must provide visual evidence of how his deco kit is identical or almost identical to another.
• Stylistic or thematic similarities are not eligible for warranty. For example, if your deco kit follows a popular style or shares common aesthetic elements with our product range, this does not constitute a breach of uniqueness.
• Personalization errors validated by the customer (colors, texts, logos) prior to printing are not covered.

How does it work?

• Step 1: If you find that your deco kit looks like another, contact our customer service department at info@alienarts.co within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Step 2: Provide visual evidence of how your deco kit is similar to another (e.g. comparative photos).
• Step 3: Our team will analyze your request and, if it's approved, we'll reprint a new, unique deco kit free of charge.

Final decision

AlienArts reserves the right to decide whether or not the claim meets the warranty criteria. The final decision will be based on an assessment of the level of similarity between your deco kit and the one deemed identical.
