At AlienArts, we are committed to providing you with quality products as quickly as possible, while taking the necessary care to create 100% customized designs. Here is a detailed explanation of our lead times to ensure transparency in our production and delivery processes.

1. Design Creation

As soon as you place an order for a custom graphics kit, we commit to creating a custom design based on your design choices and the specifications of your motorcycle.

Design Creation Time: 4 to 10 business days
Design Approval: Once the design is created, we will send it to you for approval. You can then request modifications or approve it for production.

Note: The speed of approval also depends on your responsiveness in approving or modifying the design.

2. Production and Printing

Once your design is approved, we immediately begin production of your graphics kit. Our team uses high-quality materials to ensure the durability and precision of each product.

Production Time: 7 to 14 business days
Quality Control: Each graphics kit undergoes rigorous inspection before packaging to ensure a flawless finish.

3. Delivery of your Graphics Kit

Once your order has been produced and verified, it is shipped as soon as possible. You will have the choice between two shipping methods depending on your needs:

Colissimo (home delivery): Home delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
Chronopost (to a collection point): Delivery to a collection point within 1 to 2 business days.

Note: For orders in mainland France, delivery is free for purchases over €99.

4. Express Delivery

If you are in a hurry and want to receive your graphics kit as soon as possible, we offer a priority design service with express delivery:

Priority Design: Design created within 2 to 4 business days.
Express Home Delivery: Colissimo home delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

5. Tracking your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can then track the progress of your package in real-time until it arrives at your door.

6. Total Time to Consider

Taking into account all the steps, here is a summary of the overall time to receive your graphics kit:

Standard Design + Production + Delivery: 14 to 24 business days.
Priority Design + Express Delivery: 7 to 10 business days.

7. Specific lead times for other products

For our non-customizable products (motorcycle parts, accessories, etc.), the lead times are shorter:

Standard Products: 3 to 7 business days.
Products in stock: Dispatch within 24 hours after order confirmation.
