Delivery and Refund Policies

Delivery Policy

Delivery Methods

We offer two delivery options for your orders:

  • Relay Point Delivery: Via Chronopost, to pick up your order at the relay point of your choice.
  • Home Delivery: Via Colissimo, directly to your address.

For faster dispatch, you can also opt for our express service, which guarantees a priority mockup for your graphics kit.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times include two steps:

  1. Mockup Creation: It takes between 4 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to create your custom mockup. Once the mockup is created, we will send it to you for approval.
  2. Order Dispatch: After mockup approval, the order is dispatched within 7 business days.

Please note that these times may vary slightly depending on periods of high demand.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Delivery: For all orders over €99.
  • Standard Delivery Costs: €9.90 for orders under €99.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. In case of delay, our team will keep you informed of the progress.


Refund and Return Policy

Refund Eligibility for Customizable Products

All personalized products, including 100% customizable and semi-customizable graphics kits, are not eligible for refunds once the design has been approved by the customer. Given that each graphics kit is made to measure, it cannot be resold or reused.

However, if you receive a graphics kit with a printing or manufacturing defect, we will send you the damaged parts free of charge.

UNIQUE DECO Guarantee

As part of our quality commitment, we offer the UNIQUE DECO guarantee. If you find that your graphics kit looks too similar to another, we will offer you a free reprint for a unique design. Please note that this guarantee only covers a reprint and not a refund.

Claim Period

For any claim regarding a defect or error in the order, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to contact us. After this period, we will no longer be able to process claims.

Return Policy for Non-Personalized Products

For non-customizable parts, you can request a return or a refund under certain conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of use.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

The return costs for these items are the responsibility of the customer.

Procedure for Claims

  1. Contact our customer service at: [email protected], specifying your order number and the details of your claim.
  2. Send photos of the product received in case of defect, so that our team can assess the problem and determine the best solution (reprint or sending the damaged parts).
  3. Claim tracking: Once your claim has been processed, we will keep you informed of the next steps by email.
